临考莫“开夜车”巧妙释放压力

     “再过几天就要中考了，可女儿却异常紧张，晚上经常复习到转钟，催促几次都不肯休息……”前日，一考生家长向本报求助，帮助其女儿克服考前焦虑。
       武汉市第一初级中学教务处主任王雁说，这种临考焦虑是一种较为普遍的现象，“如何调节好心理，在考场上充分发挥水平，就显得尤为重要”。她认为，针对不同的问题，应采取相应的对策。

    “开夜车”不可取

      王雁说，很多考生可能会面临这样一个困惑，越临近考试越觉得有很多知识还没复习好，于是每天挑灯夜战，弄得疲惫不堪，由于睡眠不足，导致平常十分熟悉的知识点也会出现暂时遗忘的现象。“临考前‘开夜车’的做法绝对不可取。”王雁认为，过度的疲劳会造成记忆混乱，考生必须保证充足的睡眠，精力充沛，在考试时才能发挥出正常水平甚至超水平发挥。

    学会释放压力

      临考前几天，部分考生火气特别大，动不动就发脾气。王雁说，这可能是因为面对父母、老师的期待与信任，有的考生越来越紧张和担心，很多考生吃不下、睡不着，无法像以前那样集中精力听课复习。“不想考试的事，不与人争论问题，心平气和地对待考前的一些事情。”王雁建议，考生可采用一些自我心理训练的方法，如：把紧张的场面的想象成轻松的场面；把失败的情景转变为成功的情景；把陌生的环境设想为熟悉的环境。也可以向家长、老师倾诉自己对考试的看法和烦恼，从而使心理压力得到释放。
       王雁提醒，考前过于放松，对中考也不利。建议考前几天按照中考时间安排复习计划，有助于进入考试状态，并在考场上正常发挥。
