钱汇了不少手机却没影

         昨日，刚参加完高考的甘兵（化名）听到卖手机男子还要他再汇420元手续费时，才知道他落入了骗子的圈套。
       甘兵是新洲人，高考后想买部手机。14日，他在网上看中了某品牌手机，该手机市场价约2500元，而网购仅需1150元。与卖家联系，对方称按规矩他需先付30%货款，然后卖家发货，他收到货满意后再付另外70%的货款。当日中午，甘兵将首笔350元货款汇往对方账户。
         昨日上午，卖家来电称货已到了武汉，但坚称必须将剩余800元货款补完才可看货，甘兵只得又汇去800元。谁知，卖家还要甘兵付2000元保证金。感觉上当，但想到如果不继续汇款，已付的1150元钱就可能打水漂，经过讨价后他又汇去1000元。
       汇完款后感觉上当，甘兵请求对方退款，对方称，除非他再汇420元手续费。此时甘兵才发现对方是个无底洞，多少钱也填不满。目前，甘兵已向工商部门投诉。
